Head of Data & Analytics | London (Hybrid) | ~£75K-85K

I’m working with an organisation doing meaningful work, supporting the delivery of IPS (Individual Placement and Support), which helps people facing severe mental illness, drug dependency, homelessness, and other complex barriers get into work. This model is used internationally, and the impact is real.

They’re now looking for a Head of Data & Analytics to lead on data strategy, dashboards, and insights, helping the team and stakeholders make informed, insight-led decisions that improve lives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Designing and delivering the organisation-wide data strategy
• Leading and developing a small but effective data & analytics team
• Owning reporting, dashboarding, and data quality across the organisation
• Translating insights into action for leadership and external partners
• Managing the data budget and supporting strategic planning
• Overseeing governance and data protection processes

• A strategic thinker who can also get hands-on when needed
• An empathetic leader who builds and nurtures high-performing teams
• A confident communicator comfortable with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in the public/third sector or purpose-led environments is preferred but not essential
