Job summary

Funding Circle in London (Hybrid) is hiring a Head of Product for Multi-product Experience. You will own the strategy for a seamless customer journey across our product lines and report to the VP Product.

Lead the Multiproduct Experience Product team within the core Product and Design leadership. You will partner with Engineering and senior leadership to maximise impact, build capabilities, and mentor Product Managers.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management building high-quality consumer grade multi-product experiences.
• Strong experience partnering with Design and Engineering.
• Led and developed teams of Product Managers to deliver value for customers and the business.
• Knowledge of AI-native approaches (Claude/Code/Codex or similar) and applying them to product design.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills across levels and functions.
• Passionate about Funding Circle's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for how our customer experience should evolve to maximise impact across product lines.
• Build capabilities and journeys used by multiple product lines and internal teams for a seamless customer experience.
• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and foster the culture within the broader Product team.
