3Search is seeking a Senior Head of Product Marketing in London to lead a multi-product PMM function. You will own positioning, narrative and GTM, working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales and Marketing in a hybrid setup.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, AI-driven workflows, and taking the product portfolio to market with strategic launches and compelling enterprise propositions.

Qualifications

• Significant Product Marketing experience within B2B SaaS / technology.
• Experience owning PMM across multiple products rather than a single product.
• Strong positioning, messaging and GTM experience.
• Experience working closely with Product and Engineering.
• Experience leading and developing PMM teams.
• Track record of building from zero to one.
• High autonomy and initiative with no predefined playbook.
• Genuine curiosity around AI and active experimentation.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging across a multi-product portfolio.
• Develop the overarching product and company narrative.
• Work with Product and Engineering from development to launch.
• Lead major product launches and GTM strategy.
• Translate complex technology into compelling enterprise propositions.
• Develop competitive and customer insights.
• Enable Sales to take new products into enterprise customers.
• Lead and develop the PMM team.
• Explore how AI and automation can improve PMM.
