Job summary

Funding Circle is seeking a Head of Product for Multi-product Experience to define the strategy and shepherd the customer journey across our product lines. You will report to the VP Product and lead the Multiproduct Experience team within Product & Design leadership to deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences.

You will partner with Engineering and other leaders to maximise value, coach Product Managers, and drive a culture of innovation and customer-centric execution in a fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for multi-product consumer experiences.
• Strong collaboration with design and engineering.
• Experience leading Product Managers and growing teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the vision and strategy for multi-product customer experiences.
• Build capabilities and journeys used by multiple product lines.
• Lead and grow a team of Product Managers and nurture the product culture.
• Partner with Engineering and Leadership to maximise impact.
