Job summary

Saragossa is hiring to own and accelerate its AI programme within a fast-moving private equity setting. You will be hands-on, building production AI applications, solving real business problems, and leading a team and third parties.

You will shape the use of agentic systems, RAG architectures and enterprise LLM platforms in a practical, responsible way. The role demands substantial experience in AI engineering leadership within regulated contexts, with a proven ability to ship impactful AI

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading AI engineering or applied AI delivery in regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of model risk, data privacy and responsible AI.
• Ability to negotiate with vendors, control costs and translate business problems into shipped solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI strategy for the firm and drive the AI programme end-to-end.
• Build production-quality AI applications and troubleshoot at the code level.
• Lead the internal team and external partners to deliver at pace.
• Shape how agentic systems, RAG architectures and enterprise LLM platforms are used responsibly and practically.
