Capital on Tap is seeking a Head of AI Engineering & Enablement to define how AI is used to design, build, test and ship software. You will lead a small elite AI Enablement team and collaborate with every product team to drive an AI-first transformation, reporting to the CTO and working with the CEO.

You will set the AI strategy across Product and Engineering, guide tooling and workflows, and ensure robust guardrails with Compliance as the company accelerates AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience leading AI engineering teams
• Strong track record shaping AI strategy across product and engineering
• Proven ability to design and ship AI-enabled software platforms

Responsabilités

• Set the 12-month plan to triple product delivery velocity using AI
• Redesign the software delivery lifecycle around agentic AI
• Lead decisions on AI tooling, access, and evaluation
• Partner with InfoSec, Data Protection, Risk and Compliance on guardrails
• Run the AI Enablement team to change how we build software
