Job summary

Tate in London invites an AI Enablement Lead to drive practical AI adoption across a 1,000+ strong technology function. You will design and run hands-on workshops, coach engineers and product teams, and enable measurable production use of AI with governance and best practices.

You will influence senior stakeholders, develop enablement programmes, and ensure teams move from experimentation to reliable, production-ready AI solutions with maturity and confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience training, enabling and coaching technical teams.
• Ability to facilitate workshops where attendees build something tangible.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and explain technical concepts in detail.

Responsibilities

• Run hands-on AI workshops where teams build tangible solutions during the session.
• Coach engineering and product teams on identifying and prioritising AI use cases.
• Help teams understand and implement AI technologies such as AI Agents, RAG, LLMs, APIs, MCP, and automation platforms.
• Create training content, learning modules and enablement programmes.
• Support teams through the full lifecycle from idea through to production deployment.
• Embed best practice around governance, security, compliance and responsible AI usage.
• Work with senior stakeholders to drive adoption and improve AI capability across the organisation.
• Assess capability gaps and build programmes to address them.
• Help development teams get greater value from tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.
