Job summary

Agentic AI in Cambridge (Hybrid) is recruiting a Head of AI Engineering & Delivery to steer architecture, delivery and strategy for enterprise AI products. You will lead multiple engineering teams, shaping scalable platforms and AI-enabled solutions for clients and stakeholders.

The role demands a deep engineering background, 10+ years in relevant fields, and a track record of high‑growth delivery. A competitive package with bonus and equity is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Software Eng / Data Science / ML Eng or related field
• 5+ years leading high‑performing engineering teams
• Experience delivering enterprise software, AI or SaaS into production
• Exposure to Agentic AI, AI agents, intelligent automation or Generative AI
• Strong understanding of scalable software architecture, cloud platforms and best practices
• Proven ability to drive execution, delivery excellence and commercial outcomes

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI engineering strategy.
• Lead and develop software, platform and AI engineering teams.
• Deliver AI‑enabled products and customer solutions.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI and modern AI architectures.
• Build scalable, resilient and secure AI platforms.
• Establish engineering standards, governance and best practice.
• Foster a culture of accountability, execution and delivery excellence.
• Act as a trusted adviser to executive stakeholders and customers.
