Job summary

Match Digital, a digital healthcare consultancy, is seeking a Head of Digital to lead AI-driven marketing strategies and data-led growth. You will translate business objectives into comprehensive, measurable digital plans and guide a high-performing team of marketing professionals across PPC, SEO, social, email, and CRO.

This role focuses on strategic leadership, client advisory, and continuous innovation while ensuring healthcare marketing regulations are adhered to.

Qualifications

• Proven experience implementing or leading AI-driven marketing strategies, tools, or systems.
• Experience in digital marketing management roles with leadership responsibilities.
• Track record of developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive measurable growth for local businesses.
• Deep experience across PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing, and CRO.
• Knowledge of Local SEO.
• Strong experience using GA4 for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives and agency growth.
• Own campaign performance and oversee strategic optimisations.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients, presenting insights and future strategy recommendations.
• Oversee the digital marketing team and foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Function as senior advisor to key clients on digital marketing strategy and long-term growth.
• Identify opportunities for growth both in terms of client relationships and service offering.
• Lead the development of innovative campaign approaches and testing methodologies.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing tech.
• Remain close to delivery to support strategy, optimisation and problem-solving where needed, without being purely executional.
• Ensure all strategies are compliant with healthcare marketing regulations and best practices.
