Orbital Witness is hiring a senior design leader to shape a fast-scaling product experience for a legal-tech AI platform. You will lead from the product, influencing engineering, product, and commercial teams to define strategy and priorities for an AI-first operating model.

You will set the design agenda, build a high-leverage function, and ensure the user experience scales cleanly, with trust and explainability at the core.

Formación

• Significant experience leading product design at a senior level in a scaling B2B tech company.
• Sits at the product leadership table and influences business decisions, not just design.
• Experience scaling a design function during high growth with appropriate processes and structure.
• Designed AI-native products with explainability, trust, and agentic UX in mind.
• Designed for expert professionals, balancing depth with clarity.
• Strong commercial instincts: link design to adoption and revenue growth.
• Ability to translate product context into a design strategy and challenge priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from the product and influence product engineering leadership decisions.
• Set design priorities from product context, focusing on information architecture, interaction design, and AI interfaces.
• Define AI-native design standards and ensure design quality across the product as it scales in the UK/US.
• Build and grow the design function, shaping ownership and team development over time.
• Collaborate across product, commercial, and legal engineering to align design with business goals.
