Mercia Group, part of Wilmington plc, seeks a Product Manager to shape the future of its compliance and advisory portfolio. You will define strategy, develop roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation, leveraging customer insight and regulatory changes.

Working with subject matter experts across the business, you will deliver commercially successful products while exploring AI-enabled improvements and modern SaaS delivery models.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or developing methodology, compliance or advisory products.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and subscription models.
• Ability to translate customer needs and regulatory requirements into product solutions.
• Experience creating roadmaps and prioritising initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap for Mercia's methodology and advisory portfolio.
• Own products throughout their lifecycle, from concept and launch to ongoing improvement.
• Use customer insight and regulatory developments to shape product direction.
• Explore AI, automation and emerging technologies to enhance customer value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technologists to implement ideas.
• Monitor product performance and drive growth, engagement and retention.
• Support pricing, proposition development and go-to-market activity.
