Sky Media is seeking a senior platform and AdTech leader to guide a team of eight as we evolve advertising platforms across linear, addressable, Video on Demand and digital channels. You will own strategy, roadmap and governance to keep systems resilient and ready for future product and commercial ambitions.

Qualifications
- Significant leadership experience in advertising technology or media platforms.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ad Manager and the wider Google ad ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of video advertising and ad-serving tech.
- Proven ability to translate between commercial, product, ops and tech teams.
- Credible leadership with influence at senior levels.
Responsibilities
- Own the advertising platform strategy and roadmap across key ad tech estates.
- Translate commercial/product ambitions into platform capabilities.
- Lead the introduction of new platforms while maintaining resilience of today’s estate.
- Maintain senior relationships with tech partners and suppliers (Google, FreeWheel, etc.).
- Oversee first-line platform support for Sales and Operations.
- Lead and develop the specialist team with governance and continuous improvement.
