Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking an experienced Group Admissions & Careers Experience Manager to lead Admissions, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), CEIAG, student finance and transport services across the group.

You will develop and motivate teams, enhance the student journey from enquiry to enrolment, drive engagement and conversion, and uphold safeguarding and inclusion standards across campuses and partner sites.

Qualifications

Significant experience in admissions or student services.
Strong leadership and the ability to motivate teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Experience driving service improvements and managing change.
A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Experience within Further Education and/or careers guidance would be desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Admissions, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG), CEIAG, customer service, reception and front-of-house.
Oversee student finance, funding and transport services across the group.
Improve the student journey and increase applicant engagement and conversion.
Champion our careers-into-progress approach to help learners make informed choices.
