Job summary

Inspire Education Group is seeking an experienced leader to fill the role of Group Admissions & Careers Experience Manager. You will oversee admissions, IAG/CEIAG, customer service, and student finance, ensuring an outstanding student experience from first contact to enrolment and beyond.

You will develop and motivate multiple teams, drive service improvements, and champion a careers-focused approach to help learners make informed choices and progress toward meaningful career outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in admissions, student recruitment, student services or a busy customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Experience of driving service improvement and managing change.
• A strong commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
• Experience within Further Education and/or careers guidance would be desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams across Admissions, Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) and Careers Education, Information and Guidance (CEIAG).
• Oversee customer service, reception and front-of-house, and student finance support.
• Improve the student journey, increase applicant engagement and conversion.
• Ensure services are welcoming, professional and student-centred.
• Champion a careers-focused approach to help learners make informed choices.
