Morgan Hunt is seeking a Head of Additional Learning Support (ALS) in Southend-on-Sea to lead the department and ensure compliance with educational standards.

You will mentor a team of professionals delivering student support, develop strategies to enhance learning for learners with additional needs, and monitor service effectiveness.

The role requires leadership experience in FE, a relevant degree (Education/SEND), and a teaching qualification (PGCE or Cert Ed) as desirable.

• Demonstrated ability to implement effective support strategies.
