Job Title: Head Nurse / Phlebotomist

Location: Harley Street, London

Salary: £30,000-£50,000 (DOE) + commission

Shifts: 9–6, 10–7, or 11–8

Saturdays: Min. 1/month. If working Saturday, it’s a 6-day week (paid extra or a day off)

The Ideal Candidate

Our client is seeking a Registered Nurse to join their specialist team, focusing on regenerative medicine and sexual rejuvenation. This individual will assist with a variety of procedures centered on sexual health, ensuring smooth clinical operations and providing top-tier patient care. The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented nurse with excellent clinical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Key Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN (Newly qualified nurses are welcome to apply)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in phlebotomy
• Comfortable working in both surgical and non-surgical sexual aesthetics with male and female patients
• High standard of English (spoken and written) and numeracy
• Proficient in IT (Microsoft Word, Excel, email)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong team player, able to remain calm and efficient under pressure
• Immaculate professional appearance and demeanor

Role Responsibilities

• Assist doctors during sexual rejuvenation and regenerative medicine procedures
• Perform daily phlebotomy and blood sample collection
• Ensure efficient appointment flow and provide outstanding patient service
• Maintain treatment rooms, including pre- and post-treatment photography
• Monitor and manage stock levels; handle supply requisitions
• Deliver post-treatment care and support
• Adhere strictly to clinical protocols, policies, and infection control standards
• Safeguard patient confidentiality at all times
• Report any medical concerns promptly to relevant clinicians
• Contribute to the clinic’s CQC compliance and quality of care initiatives
• Promote a collaborative, motivated team environment
