We’re seeking an exceptional Head Nurse to lead our dedicated nursing team at our modern veterinary practice. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, well-established team committed to delivering outstanding clinical care and customer service.

What we’re looking for

The ideal candidate will have substantial clinical experience, be confident, self-motivated, engaging, and eager to support the professional development of RVNs, students, and VCAs.

Salary and Working Pattern

The salary for the Head Nurse ranges from £33,000 to £40,000 (DOE). The role involves a 4-day work week with 9-hour shifts and a 1:4 weekend rota, averaging 40 hours per week. The position also includes participation in our duty night rota.
