Job description

We’re seeking a highly experienced, confident, self-motivated, and engaging individual to support the professional development of our RVNs, students, and VCAs.

Head Nurse Salary & Working Pattern

The salary range for our Head Nurse position is £33,000 to £40,000 (DOE). The role involves a 40-hour week, working 4 days a week with 9-hour shifts, and a 1:4 weekend rota. The position also includes participation in our duty night rota.

Supporting the clinical team is a capable reception team of five, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client service.
