mydentist in Newcastle Under Lyme is seeking a Head Dental Nurse to lead a large nursing team and support the Practice Manager with rotas and people management. You will help manage materials stock and support clinicians in delivering high-quality dental treatments.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with nurses, clinicians and the wider practice team.
• Experience managing larger teams, staff rotas, stock ordering and stock control.
• Previous leadership experience in a dental nursing environment is beneficial.

The hours for this role are full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, although part-time Head Nurse applicants will be considered for the right candidate, with a minimum of 3 days per week.
