Job summary

Mydentist in Banbury is seeking a Head Dental Nurse to lead the Nurse team and support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, stock management and student development. You will help clinicians deliver a wide range of high‑quality treatments and ensure smooth operation of the surgery.

You will play a key role in mentoring Students and Trainee Dental Nurses while contributing to patient care and the practice’s positive, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a dental nurse team.
• Ability to plan rotas and manage stock efficiently.
• Experience supporting students/trainees in a clinical setting.
• Delivery of high-quality patient care within a dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the dental nurse team and support the Practice Manager with rotas.
• Assist clinicians to deliver a full range of high‑quality treatments.
• Oversee materials stock management and equipment readiness.
