mydentist is seeking a Head Dental Nurse at Bridge House practice in Bridgwater to lead the Dental Nurse team and support the Practice Manager with rotas and stock control. You’ll help clinicians deliver a full range of high-quality dentistry and ensure the smooth operation of the surgery.

The role offers full-time hours (40 per week), with a strong emphasis on patient care and team development, backed by generous benefits and ongoing professional development.

As a Head Dental Nurse, you’ll be responsible for leading the Dental Nurse team in the practice and will support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, people management, materials stock management and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses. You will also support clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality dental treatments and help to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
