Job summary

mydentist in Beverley is seeking a Head Dental Nurse to lead the nursing team and support the Practice Manager with rotas, people management and stock control. You will help clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality treatments and contribute to a caring, efficient practice.

The role offers a full-time schedule (41.25 hours/week, Mon-Fri 07:45-17:00 with 1 hour lunch) and a pathway to professional development within the UK’s leading dental network.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a nursing team in a dental setting.
• Ability to plan rotas and manage staff development.
• Stock management and materials control experience.

As a Head Dental Nurse, you'll be responsible for leading the Dental Nurse team in the practice and will support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, people management, materials stock management and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses. You will also support clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality dental treatments and help to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
