mydentist Maidwell practice in Truro is seeking a Head Dental Nurse to lead the dental nursing team and support the Practice Manager with rotas and stock management.

You will help clinicians deliver high-quality treatments and contribute to the smooth operation of the surgery, while benefiting from stable hours and a comprehensive benefits package.

The working pattern for this role will be full-time, Monday-Friday 07:45-17:15

As a Head Dental Nurse, you'll be responsible for leading the Dental Nurse team in the practice and will support the Practice Manager with planning rotas, people management, materials stock management and the development of Students and Trainee Dental Nurses. You will also support clinicians to deliver a full range of high-quality dental treatments and help to ensure the smooth running of your surgery and the practice.
