Zusammenfassung

HC-One is recruiting a Head Housekeeper to lead a dedicated housekeeping team across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes in the UK. You will plan and manage daily schedules, uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, and drive excellent resident care with kindness and professionalism.

Applicants should have housekeeping leadership experience, be organised, and aware of health, safety and infection control requirements. DBS/PVG checks and training are provided.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in housekeeping and team leadership.
• Organised, with strong health and safety awareness.
• Knowledge of infection control and COSHH procedures.

Aufgaben

• Manage cleaning rota and daily schedules.
• Lead by example and support the team.
• Oversee laundry for personal and shared items.
• Order cleaning products and supplies.
• Follow and update infection control procedures.
• Keep records and complete cleaning checks.
• Ensure safety and COSHH guidelines are met.
