Job summary

Lloyd's Register International is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper for Icknield Court, Princes Risborough, HP27 0HE. You will lead a small team of Housekeepers and Laundry Assistants to ensure every room is clean, tidy and maintained to the highest standards, while championing hygiene and infection control.

The role requires experience in contract cleaning, supervisory skills, and a caring approach for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract cleaning in industrial, business or family settings and in elderly care.
• Supervisory experience including organising rotas and training new starters.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act, COSHH Regulations and Infection Control (advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of Housekeepers and Laundry Assistants to deliver housekeeping and laundry services.
• Maintain highest cleanliness standards across all rooms and living spaces.
• Champion hygiene and infection control, ensure a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
