Job summary

Skycare in Darenth is seeking an experienced Head Housekeeper to lead a housekeeping team in a care home. The role is based in Darenth, Dartford, with a 40-hour week at £13.00 per hour, and a focus on delivering high cleanliness and safety standards for residents and staff.

The successful candidate will manage rotas, conduct audits, supervise staff, and ensure infection control and health & safety compliance. A hands-on leader who can motivate a team is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in care homes, healthcare, hotel, or hospitality environments.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
