JW Lees is recruiting a Head Housekeeper to lead the hotel housekeeping team in Trearddur, Wales. You will oversee housekeeping, public spaces and linen, ensuring rooms meet brand standards and coordinating with Reception and Maintenance for smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Manages the operation of the housekeeping, public space and linen.
• Ensures all Public Areas and Bedrooms are cleaned and presented to company standards.
• Keeps internal and external areas spotless and consistent with standards.
• Liaises with Reception and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Develops and implements procedures and standards supporting service and financial goals.
• Determines staffing levels and schedules Team Members accordingly.
• Provides ongoing training for customer service and safety.

What a Head Housekeeper does at JW Lees:

• Manages the operation of the housekeeping, public space and linen.
• To ensure all Public Areas and Bedrooms are cleaned and presented in line with the required company standards.
• Ensures both internal and external areas are spotless and consistent as per company standards.
• Liaise and effectively communicate with Reception Team and Maintenance Team.
• Develops and implements procedures and standards which supports the achievement of service and financial goals.
• Determines appropriate staffing levels for forecasted business and schedules Team Members accordingly.
• Develops and implements customer service and safety training for Team Members on an ongoing basis.
