As a Head Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include ensuring that you and the housekeeping team maintain a spotless environment for our residents. You’ll manage the cleaning rota, lead by example, plan weekly laundry, order cleaning supplies, and stay updated on infection control procedures, always prioritizing residents' wellbeing.
HC-One is looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper with proven team leadership, record-keeping, and time management skills. You should have a strong understanding of Health & Safety, COSHH regulations, and infection control. Importantly, you should possess positive energy and a natural ability to communicate considerately and kindly with residents and colleagues.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You must be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and know how to act on concerns. All staff are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and seek advice or escalate concerns when necessary.
