Hartford Care Ltd. is seeking a Head Housekeeper at Burnham Lodge in Buckinghamshire. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe and homely environment for residents, leading the housekeeping team and upholding hygiene standards.

You will supervise staff, coordinate tasks, and ensure infection control practices are followed while delivering compassionate care in a supportive setting. Full-time, 40 hours per week, includes alternate weekend work.

Head Housekeeper
Full-time - 40 hours per week (includes alternate weekend working)
Location: Burnham Lodge - Burnham, Buckinghamshire (SL1 8NU)

The Role

As a Head Housekeeper, you will ensure the home is kept clean and safe at all times while meeting hygiene and cleanliness standards, supervise and manage team members, and working together as a team to create a happy and caring atmosphere.

Whether you are dusting a resident’s room and reminiscing with them about their previous job, cleaning a bathroom, carrying out a direct observation on a member of staff, or completing an infection control audit, you will do so with care at the heart of everything you do.
