We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced and passionate Head Housekeeper to join a fantastic team at the Lanesborough.

The hotel, awarded No. 1 Hotel in London in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards, is located on the doorstep of Hyde Park and close to Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Sloane Street, and Knightsbridge. Candidate Profile

As the Head Housekeeper, you will lead our housekeeping team to ensure immaculate cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel. Your role is crucial in providing exceptional guest service by efficiently handling requests and queries, and communicating guests' preferences to all departments for a seamless stay. You will ensure guests feel secure and comfortable, knowing their rooms are treated with care and confidentiality. Through meticulous attention to detail, effective collaboration, and resource management, you will help create a home-like environment, enhancing the overall guest experience at The Lanesborough.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role within 5-star establishments is essential; experience in the luxury London market would be preferred.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to manage, motivate, and develop a diverse housekeeping team.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with guests, staff, and other departments.
• In-depth knowledge of health and safety standards, with the ability to implement and adhere to relevant policies and protocols.
