Healthcare Homes Group is seeking a Domestic Assistant for Bilney Hall, East Bilney. The role supports high-quality care in a warm, well-established team environment.

Typical duties include cleaning, preparing rooms for admissions, and stock control. You will join a team that values residents and colleagues, with extensive training and progression opportunities within Healthcare Homes Academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in care home domestic duties is beneficial.
• Willingness to undergo induction and training.
• Demonstrates kindness, compassion and commitment.

• Keeping residents' rooms and communal areas clean and tidy.
• Supervising the domestic team to high standards.
• Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions.

30 - 40 hours per week (includes alternate weekends)

Bilney Hall is situated in the picturesque village of East Bilney and is surrounded by six acres of secluded land. The gardens are very special and feature ancient vines, Spanish apple trees, honey bee hives and more. The home enjoys celebrating its history and within the home is a board telling you all about the building.

What would a typical day look like?

• Ensuring our residents rooms and communal areas remain clean and tidy
• Supervising the domestic team and ensure they are working to a high standard
• Preparing vacant rooms for viewings and new admissions
• Stock control and storage of cleaning equipment and chemicals
