Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Head Housekeeper for a beautiful country house hotel in Bath. The role is a hands-on leadership position over housekeeping for 70+ bedrooms, lounges and a restaurant.

The package includes £15 per hour, weekly pay, live-in accommodation and a 40-hour week. The role is initially 2-3 months, with potential for permanency for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Support with servicing bedrooms when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.
• Provide flexible support across the operation, including occasional weekends.

We're looking for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join a beautiful country house Hotel in Bath, just a short distance from the city centre. With 70-plus bedrooms, elegant lounges and a stylish restaurant, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a hands-on leadership role within a welcoming hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

As Head Housekeeper, you'll take responsibility for the day-to-day Housekeeping operation, ensuring guests enjoy consistently high standards throughout their stay.

• Immediately available, with no prior commitments, notice period or planned holidays
• Able to commit for 2-3 months initially
• Flexible and willing to support the team where needed
