Job summary

Platinum Recruitment Consultancy is seeking a Head Housekeeper for a beautiful country house hotel in Bath. The role is a hands-on leadership position over housekeeping for 70+ bedrooms, lounges and a restaurant.

The package includes £15 per hour, weekly pay, live-in accommodation and a 40-hour week. The role is initially 2-3 months, with potential for permanency for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Immediate availability with no notice period or commitments.
• Commitment for 2-3 months to start.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cleaning operations and inspect rooms to ensure excellent standards.
• Monitor brand standards and standard operating procedures.
• Lead, motivate and develop the Housekeeping team.
• Ensure training and competency records are fully completed.
• Support with servicing bedrooms when required.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and guest experience.
• Provide flexible support across the operation, including occasional weekends.
