Job summary

The Ned & Ned’s Club in London is seeking a Head Host to lead our hosts across multiple venues, delivering the highest standard of hospitality to members and guests. You will set the tone, coach a team, and ensure seamless service from arrival to departure.

Reporting to the Senior Reception Manager, you will coordinate with bar and floor teams, build relationships with regulars, and use our bookings system to tailor experiences and maintain outstanding guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of a host team.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of hosts to welcome and settle members and guests.
• Handle guest requests and queries about reservations.
• Collaborate with bar, floor and management to enhance guest visits.
• Build rapport with regular guests and record preferences in the bookings system.
• Coach and provide feedback to junior team members.
