As a Head Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds to ensure they remain beautiful for our guests throughout the year.

Experience in a similar role is essential.

Key points about the role:

• No two days are ever the same; daily tasks may vary.
• You should be comfortable getting your hands dirty.
• Health & safety compliance checks are mandatory to ensure safety for all.
• The gardens are the first impression for our guests, so they must look perfect.
• You will have the opportunity to train new staff members.
• All Heads of Department participate in the Duty Manager rota.
• When team members leave, you will recruit new talent for your team.
• Teamwork is essential; everyone helps across departments when needed.
