Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the gardens are always in perfect condition, as they are the first impression for our guests.
• Handling varied tasks daily, often unpredictable until the day begins.
• Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times.
• Training new staff to uphold our high standards.
• Participating in the Duty Manager rota alongside other Heads of Department.
• Recruiting new team members when staff leave.
• Collaborating across departments to support team efforts.
