Key Responsibilities:

• Health & safety compliance checks are an absolute must to ensure everyone's safety.
• Our gardens are the first thing our guests see when they arrive, so we want them looking perfect.
• Train and develop our staff to maintain high standards.
• Participate in the Duty Manager rota alongside other Heads of Department.
• Recruit new talent when team members leave.
• Collaborate across departments and support each other.
