Job summary

Everlast Gyms in Banstead invites a Head Coach to own the gym's fitness product and lead by example on the gym floor. You will mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers and deliver innovative training programmes to elevate member experience.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive engagement, onboarding, and revenue opportunities through PT, memberships and group training, while representing the brand across the gym floor.

Qualifications

• Must be a Level 3 Personal Trainer with CIMSPA Practitioner status.
• Experience delivering PT and group training modalities.
• Strong leadership, coaching and motivational skills.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador on the gym floor.
• Lead fitness products MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training.
• Drive member engagement and onboarding initiatives.
• Recruit, train and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor KPIs.
• Drive new member sales and retention through PT and memberships.
• Deliver on-shift classes and personal training sessions to standard.
