Job summary

Everlast Gyms, part of Frasers Group, is seeking a Head Coach to lead the fitness product in the gym, mentoring Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, delivering innovative training programmes and driving member engagement on the floor.

You will oversee MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training, run onboarding, manage timetables, drive new member sales and retention, and train staff to deliver the highest standard of fitness experiences.

Qualifications

• A passionate health, fitness and wellness advocate.
• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and a CIMSPA Practitioner.
• Skilled in delivering personal training and a variety of group training modalities.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
• Up-to-date with industry trends and fitness innovations.
• Adaptable communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Solutions-driven, ambitious and always looking to develop yourself and others.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador.
• Lead fitness products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training.
• Drive engagement in national initiatives like #WorkoutWednesday and in-gym events.
• Own onboarding programmes, delivering and training others to build team confidence.
• Own REDEFINE: drive sales, cohort participation and member results.
• Recruit, train and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers; provide constructive feedback.
• Manage group training timetables and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Drive new member sales and retention; maximise revenue from PT, memberships and add-ons.
• Deliver on-shift classes and personal training sessions to company standards.
• Lead by example across gym areas including reception, floor and member interaction.
