Job summary

Everlast Gyms in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head Coach to own the gym's fitness product, lead by example on the shop floor, and inspire both members and your team.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, deliver innovative training programmes, drive member engagement, and push revenue growth across personal training, memberships and group training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification and CIMSPA Practitioner.
• Experience delivering personal training and group training.
• Strong leadership and coaching ability.
• Up-to-date with fitness trends and innovations.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as a fitness ambassador on the gym floor.
• Lead fitness products such as MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training.
• Drive member engagement through national initiatives and in-gym events.
• Mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers with constructive feedback.
• Manage timetables and monitor KPI performance.
• Drive new member sales and retention across services.
• Deliver on‑shift classes and personal training sessions to standards.
• Lead by example across reception, floor and member interaction.
