Job summary

Frasers Group's Everlast Gyms in Banstead seeks a Head Coach to own the fitness product in the gym, leading by example to inspire members and staff. You’ll mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, deliver innovative training programmes, and drive member engagement on the gym floor.

Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll deliver MOVE and REDEFINE, run group training, drive onboarding, recruit and develop the team, manage timetables, and push sales of PT, memberships and add-ons while

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Experience delivering personal training and group training modalities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and industry awareness.

Responsibilities

• Represent Everlast Gyms as fitness ambassador and lead by example.
• Lead MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training, and Group Training with high quality delivery.
• Drive member engagement through national initiatives and onboarding programmes.
• Recruit, train and mentor Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers.
• Manage group timetables and monitor KPIs; drive sales and retention.
