Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Head Doorman, Senior Doorman or similar role within luxury hospitality.
• Naturally welcoming with polished communication and impeccable etiquette.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with guests, team members and partners.
• Collaborative approach to developing and supporting team members.
• Confident coordinating arrivals, departures, vehicle movements, and luggage with safety awareness.
• Hold a Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Curate arrival and departure experiences that linger in guests' memories.
• Oversee the entrance to Cambridge House to stay elegant and welcoming.
• Lead by example with professionalism and a passion for hospitality.
• Be a familiar, reassuring presence for returning guests and remember details.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, Bell and Housekeeping to choreograph arrivals and departures.
• Ensure guests, visitors and luggage are cared for with precision and attentiveness.
• Partner with Security to maintain a safe, discreet environment.
• Foster a culture of kindness, collaboration and pride among team members.
• Encourage growth through guidance and conversations.
• Use guest feedback to continually improve experiences.
• Care for Cambridge House, its neighbourhood and environment for future generations.
