The Role
As a Head Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading venue security teams, maintaining high operational standards and acting as the key point of contact between venue management and frontline security staff.
You will set the standard for professionalism, customer service and safety while ensuring your team delivers an exceptional service every shift.
Key Responsibilities
Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
Minimum 2 years’ experience within hospitality security or door supervision
Previous experience leading or supervising security teams
Full UK Driving Licence and access to transport
Ability to pass BS7858 screening and vetting
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and strong leadership qualities
Ability to work weekends, evenings and late-night shifts
Ability to provide a full 5-year employment and address history
