The role |

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will lead by example, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support coaching and developing your team to achieve their best, while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What we look for |

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, capable of having genuine conversations with consideration and care.
• Experience maintaining high standards of food, health, and safety.
• Understanding of financial performance, including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
• Ability to manage and react to changing demands, leading to inspire and engage your team.
