Job summary

Hallmark Luxury Care Homes is seeking a Head Concierge for The Residences to lead luxury hospitality services, delivering a five-star lifestyle with warmth and professionalism for residents.

You will oversee hospitality, wellbeing services, admissions, dining, bar service, events and the overall presentation, building strong relationships with residents and care teams to ensure exceptional experiences every day.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally in a 5-star concierge or front-of-house role.
• Excellent communication, organisational skills and IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for residents of The Residences, delivering exemplary service with professionalism and warmth.
• Anticipate residents' requirements and address any requests or concerns to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
• Coordinate resident admissions with residents and relevant departments for a smooth transition to The Residences.
• Build professional relationships with residents, understanding preferences and life histories.
• Take ownership of resident requests, ensuring prompt and thorough resolution.
• Provide in-suite services such as deliveries, meal service and fridge stocking.
• Oversee dining to meet high standards and cater to residents' preferences.
• Manage bar service, serving food and drinks with hospitality.
• Maintain The Residences' presentation to create a welcoming environment.
• Coordinate activities/events with care home teams and external providers.

• Provide in-suite services such as resident deliveries, meal service, and fridge stocking.
• Oversee the dining experience to ensure it meets the highest standards and caters to residents' preferences.
• Manage the bar service, serving food and drinks to residents with warmth and hospitality.
• Maintain the overall presentation of The Residences to create a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Coordinate activities and events, collaborating with the care home team and external providers to offer engaging experiences for residents.
