Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a PGA Academy Head Coach, located in Hatfield. The Head Coach will be responsible for leading coaching programs, developing training plans, and providing personalized instruction to golf students. Additional tasks include organizing workshops and clinics, mentoring assistant coaches, and managing academy operations to ensure high standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong coaching skills, including experience in developing training plans and providing personalized instruction
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in using golf performance software and programming
• Ability to connect and collaborate with operators and other coaches
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Certified PGA Professional with relevant experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for golf and driving improvements through collaboration

OTE

Expected earnings of £40,000-£50,000 based on previous candidates and current programming opportunities.
