Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a Staff Restaurant Head Chef to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis. You will lead the staff restaurant operations, ensure high standards, and deliver memorable five-star service to our guests and colleagues.

With responsibility for menu planning alongside the Executive chef, stock control, and timely food production for up to 300+ covers daily, you will thrive in a fast-paced, energy-driven environment at a landmark hotel opposite Marylebone station.

Experience delivering up to 300+ covers daily, preferably from an open counter outlet or large buffet kitchen.

Responsibilities

Take ownership for the correct preparation of MEP & service for the hotel staff restaurant to the highest standard.
To work with Executive chef on menu planning, delivery, stock control & ordering.
To comply & maintain food standards daily, including the quality of produce served to the hotel teams.
To produce food in a timely fashion & proactively adjust when required.

As a Staff Restaurant Head Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
