New Forest Hotels is looking for a passionate Kitchen Manager to lead the kitchen at our scenic hotel in the New Forest. You will oversee kitchen operations and food production, ensuring high-quality meals for guests while upholding the highest hygiene standards.

This role is hands-on and suitable for a Senior CDP, Senior Sous-Chef, or Head Chef seeking a slightly different challenge. You will manage budgets, collaborate with front-of-house, and contribute to a supportive team environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in kitchen management or senior chef role.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to manage budgets and control kitchen costs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn computer software for cost management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage our small kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
