What You Bring

• Experience as a Head Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Sous Chef, seeking your first Head Chef role
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and demonstrating strong chef skills (hot and cold food prep, cleaning, knife skills, hygiene)
• A proactive work ethic, leading by example and actively delivering high standards in the kitchen
• Ability to manage through KPIs, making decisions on labour, stock, and food safety
• Experience reporting on metrics like GPs, labour costs, and food prep
• Proven success in training and recruiting kitchen teams, including apprentices and junior chefs
