Perfect Recruitment Ltd. is recruiting an experienced Head Chef in Leyland to lead the kitchen in a small, quality‑driven venue. The role provides ownership of menu direction, staff leadership and hands‑on control of daily operations, with a focus on consistency and high standards.

You will build on a reputation for traditional, high‑quality food, including standout Sunday roasts, and shape the kitchen to support a locally sourced menu and strong guest experience.

Formación

• Experience as Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step.
• Passionate about fresh produce and quality‑led cooking.
• Confident managing suppliers, stock, ordering and kitchen operations.
• Creative and commercially minded, able to develop a focused menu.
• Takes pride in delivering consistently excellent food.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
• Lead, motivate and manage the kitchen team.
• Manage supplier relationships, sourcing and ordering.
• Develop and refine menus, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Oversee food preparation and service, maintaining high standards.
• Drive development of the food offering, including the Sunday roast menu.
